Engagement
Each project is governed by its individual engagement letter. Anything on this page is superseded by the signed letter.
Payment
Audits: 100% on order. Setup projects: 50% kickoff, 50% on delivery. Retainers: monthly in advance.
Termination
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the 3-month minimum.
